Was die Tabelle enthält
- Eine Zeile pro Transaktion, mit Spalten für Datum, Beschreibung, Kategorie, Betrag und Währung.
- Geld aus ist negativ und Geld in positiv, so dass die Summe Spalte addiert sich zu der Änderung in Ihrem Gleichgewicht.
- Der Excel-Download ist eine UTF-8 CSV-Datei, die Excel direkt öffnet, mit indischen und anderen nicht-englischen Handelsnamen intakt. Es ist kein natives.xlsx-Arbeitsbuch.
- Pro und Business Pläne können auch OFX und QIF Dateien für Buchhaltungssoftware herunterladen.
Statements from Indian banks
- HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Canara Bank and Bank of Baroda are recognised by name. When the statement does not print a currency, rupees are used and the report says so. Other banks are read the same way.
- Die in Lakh und Crore Gruppen (1.25.000,00), getrennten Dr und Cr Marker und Daten wie 05/04/2024 oder 05-Apr-2024 geschriebenen Beträge werden wie geschrieben gelesen.
- UPI, NEFT und IMPS Referenzcodes werden von Handelsnamen entfernt, so dass der gleiche Shop als ein Händler gezählt wird.
- Wenn Ihre Bank das PDF mit einem Passwort gesperrt hat (oft Ihr Geburtsdatum, Kontonummer oder PAN), öffnen Sie es, speichern Sie eine freigestellte Kopie und laden Sie das hoch.
- A scanned statement is read with text recognition on our own server, up to the first 10 pages. Check its totals against the printed page.
Gecheckt, nicht erraten
Before you download anything, the results page tells you whether the transactions we found add up to the opening and closing balances on the statement. If they do not, it says so, so you know a row may be missing before the spreadsheet goes anywhere.
Was es kostet
Seeing the breakdown of one statement on screen is free. Downloading it as a spreadsheet needs a statement pack or a plan, and several statements can be combined into one file. Siehe Preise.
Nichts gespeichert
Die PDF-Datei wird im Speicher gelesen und nie auf Diskette geschrieben. Die Zeilen für den Download werden nur in Ihrer privaten Sitzung gespeichert, so dass der Download-Button funktioniert und gelöscht werden, wenn die Sitzung abläuft, nach höchstens 14 Tagen.
