A recurring charge is only detectable once we've seen the same merchant bill you at least twice. That's not a limitation we invented to sell packs — it's arithmetic.

Fair questions about paying
What stays free forever?
Reading one statement and seeing the whole answer on screen — categories, merchants, and any recurring charges we can find in it. We never put the answer itself behind a paywall.
Do credits expire?
No. A pack is a one-off purchase and the credits sit on your account until you use them. There's no subscription attached and nothing to cancel.
I thought there was no signup?
There isn't, to use the free tier — no account, no email. Paying needs an account, because credits have to belong to someone. We create it from your email at checkout; you never fill in a separate signup form.
Does paying mean you start storing my statements?
No. The PDF is destroyed on every plan, paid or not — that never changes. Saved history is an option you switch on, it's off by default, and even then it keeps only the extracted rows, never the original file.
How do I cancel?
One click in your account. No phone call, no chat window, no notice period, no offer to win you back. It would be absurd for us to make that hard.
