स्प्रेडशीट में क्या है

• एक पंक्ति प्रति ट्रांजेक्शन, तारीख, विवरण, वर्ग, मात्रा और मुद्रा के साथ ।
• पैसे का सही इस्तेमाल करना फायदेमंद है और इससे अच्छा लगता है ।
• एक्सपोज़ डाउनलोड एक UX-8 समर्थित फ़ाइल है जो सीधे ही खोला जाता है, भारतीय तथा अन्य गैर-िश व्यापारी नाम के साथ. यह देशी कार्यबुक नहीं है.
• प्रोडेशनल और व्यापार योजनाओं में एक्स तथा क्यूआईएफ फ़ाइलों का लेखा लेने की प्रक्रिया भी हो सकती है.

भारतीय बैंकों के स्टेटमेंट

• HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Canara Bank और Bank of Baroda को नाम से पहचाना जाता है। अगर स्टेटमेंट पर मुद्रा नहीं लिखी है, तो रुपये माने जाते हैं और रिपोर्ट में यह बताया जाता है। बाकी बैंक भी इसी तरह पढ़े जाते हैं।
• Amounts written in lakh and crore groups (1,25,000.00), separate Dr and Cr markers, and dates such as 05/04/2024 or 05-Apr-2024 are read as written.
• UNFAT और IMPI संदर्भ कोड व्यापारी नामों से जोड़े जाते हैं, इसलिए उसी दुकान को एक व्यापारी के रूप में गिना जाता है ।
• अगर आपके बैंक ने PDF को पासवर्ड से लॉक किया है (अक्सर आपकी जन्मतिथि, खाता संख्या या PAN), तो उसे खोलें, अनलॉक की हुई कॉपी सेव करें और उसे अपलोड करें।
• A scanned statement is read with text recognition on our own server, up to the first 10 pages. Check its totals against the printed page.

Before you download anything, the results page tells you whether the transactions we found add up to the opening and closing balances on the statement. If they do not, it says so, so you know a row may be missing before the spreadsheet goes anywhere.

The PDF is read in memory and never written to disk. The rows for your download are kept in your private session only so the download buttons work, and are deleted after 30 minutes, when you log out, or when you read another statement.
