Upload the PDF your bank gives you. We read every transaction, check the total against the opening and closing balances printed on the statement, and give you a spreadsheet with the date, description, category, amount and currency on every row.
Wat bevat het spreadsheet
- Een rij per transactie, met kolommen voor datum, beschrijving, categorie, bedrag en valuta.
- Geld uit is negatief en geld in is positief, dus de kolom bedrag voegt toe aan de verandering in uw saldo.
- De Excel download is een UTF-8 CSV bestand dat Excel opent direct, met Indiase en andere niet-Engelse handelsnamen intact. Het is geen native.xlsx werkboek.
- Pro en Business plannen kunnen ook OFX en QIF bestanden voor accounting software downloaden.
Statements from Indian banks
- HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Canara Bank and Bank of Baroda are recognised by name. When the statement does not print a currency, rupees are used and the report says so. Other banks are read the same way.
- Bedragen geschreven in lakh en crore groepen (1,25.000.00), gescheiden Dr en Cr markers, en data zoals 05/04/2024 of 05-Apr-2024 worden gelezen als geschreven.
- UPI, NEFT en IMPS referentiecodes worden van handelsnamen ontdaan, zodat dezelfde winkel wordt geteld als één handelaar.
- Als uw bank de PDF met een wachtwoord (vaak uw geboortedatum, rekeningnummer of PAN) heeft vergrendeld, open het dan, sla een ongesloten kopie op en upload dat.
- A scanned statement is read with text recognition on our own server, up to the first 10 pages. Check its totals against the printed page.
Gecheckt, niet geraden
Before you download anything, the results page tells you whether the transactions we found add up to the opening and closing balances on the statement. If they do not, it says so, so you know a row may be missing before the spreadsheet goes anywhere.
Wat het kost
Seeing the breakdown of one statement on screen is free. Downloading it as a spreadsheet needs a statement pack or a plan, and several statements can be combined into one file. Zie prijzen.
Niets opgeslagen
De PDF wordt in het geheugen gelezen en nooit naar de schijf geschreven. De rijen voor uw download worden alleen in uw privésessie bewaard zodat de downloadknop werkt en worden verwijderd wanneer de sessie verloopt, na maximaal 14 dagen.
